Manny Hernandez

Born in McAllen, TX but raised in Brownsville, TX of the Rio Grande Valley region. Manny moved to Nashville in 2022 After working 7 seasons as the Neuromuscular Therapist for the Rio Grande Valley Vipers of the NBA G-League & also for the Rio Grande Valley FC Toros of the USL for the 2021 season.

Prior to pursuing his path into neuromuscular therapy, Manny grew up playing football at Los Fresnos High school & suffered a back injury during spring football in his sophomore season which lead him into the field of health and wellness & learned more about it before his interest grew from there.

He then found his path right after high school & went to South Texas Vo-Tech Institute, in Brownsville, Texas, where he studied massage therapy. He specializes in myofascial release therapy, Kinesiotaping , IASTM , Cupping , P.N.F. , and soft tissue mobilization .

He is also currently the Massage Therapist for Nashville SC of Major League Soccer (MLS) team.

In his downtime Manny enjoys working out, watching sports, watching YouTube videos, exploring the Nashville scene, and loves traveling to Los Angeles for vacation.
