There’s an intuition in Keshon’s approach to bodywork that takes most other therapists years to develop. It likely comes from his time as a Human Performance and Sport Science major at Tennessee State University, from his years as a basketball player, and his education at the Nashville School of Massage Therapy.

But it also no doubt comes from his drive to add more tools to his ever-growing arsenal of modalities. Between the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024 alone, he mastered Thai massage, Table Thai, and became a Level 1 FST stretch therapist.

Keshon has become the kind of LMT clients trust to get to the bottom of their concerns—from the weekend warrior to the pro or collegiate athlete.
